Brief: Integration of Vector training platform for online training of Students and Faculty

Issue: Miami University had a working solution with a vendor called 'Foundry' in place for online training of students and faculty. Foundry was bought by Vector Solutions. After some time the original API integration was no longer supported and Vector's new API had to be adopted.

Solution: Update the Larvel application to interact with the new Vector API.

Tasks:
Wrote GraphQL queries for new API
Updated existing Laravel application to use new API
Made Puppet changes to facilitate configuration change for new API
Wrote Feature Tests for new API interactions
Communicated with Miami compliance office to test and facilitate switch over
